We approached Julius to rebrand Malte Gormsen, aiming to connect with the 400-year-old Danish cabinetmaker tradition while ensuring the brand remains relevant today and can evolve with us into the future. Just like our cabinetmaker furniture, which is made to last for generations, we wanted a brand that endures.
Julius created an identity that I stand for; he has truly captured our DNA. The Malte Gormsen brand now stands strong alongside other Danish brands rooted in craftsmanship, both traditional and contemporary. Julius successfully encapsulated our essence in every aspect of the system he created, from the colors to the seal, to the final mark and logo.

One of Malte Gormsen Møbelsnedkeri’s more notable projects was Noma Copenhagen, the 5-star Michelin restaurant awarded 'Best restaurant in the world' five times. Malte and his team worked closely with Space Copenhagen to create a unique dining space based on Nordic traditions.
